1st Paleo Recipe We Tried

One of the first recipes we tried when committing to the Paleo Diet was Tuna and Cabbage Salad. It was ok but did not include enough tuna for our taste. I highly recommend the addition of another 1/2 can at least. This makes a great lunch dish.

I apologize for not having a picture but I am catching up on the recipes already eaten. As we prepare new dishes/meals I will post pictures here.

Tuna and Cabbage Salad
  • 3-4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 can tuna, drained (6.5 oz)
  • 1 TB toasted sesame oil


Shred the cabbage into a bowl. Top with the tuna, drizzle with the oil.
