Paleo Mixed Fruit Smoothie
handful frozen strawberrieshandful frozen raspberries
handful frozen blueberrieshandful frozen pineapple
10 oz unsweetened coconut milk2 heaping TB almond butter
1 1/2 TB organic raw wild honey12 oz almond milk
1 tsp organic vanilla extract2 raw eggs (optional)
*Make sure that all the frozen fruit is unsweetened/no sugar added in order to be Paleo. We got ours from Trader Joe's and Whole Foods.*


Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor (We used our Ninja). Mix until the smoothie reaches the desired consistency. We used our almond butter as the protein. However, you can add 2 raw eggs for protein or protein powder if you wish.
